Inspired by the world famous Jubilee Baked
Brie, these sweet and tangy squares will delight with surprise. Serve before
dinner with white wine or pair up with a simple salad for a light lunch.
Cut into nine squares, this pizza is a great addition to any Tapas menu. |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place brie pieces evenly on top of lavash bread. With a spreader, carefully – try not to tear the bread - spread the brie. Evenly sprinkle the brown sugar over the entire surface. Top with strawberries, parmesan, almonds and scallions. On a cornmeal dusted baking sheet, bake in the center of a 400 degree preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Cut into nine pieces.
